Welcome to the 2023–2024 Baseball Season.
Players, Umpires, Scorers and Club Volunteers are required to use the Baseball Australia online registration portal to pay registration fees this season.
The database has changed from previous years please do not use old links.
All members must click on REGISTER to register as a NEW Member this year. If you have used Game Day for any other sporting code the system may recognise your email and require your old password and maybe need you to do a password reset.
You will set up the name of the player or person registering as a coach or volunteer etc, parents only put their details in as emergency contact in the database. The club has had to raise the club fees slightly across all divisions.
All fees must be paid upfront league and club portions. With the new system it will pick up all members registered under the one email address, but you can elect to do the renewals over a few weeks to help with finances if need be.
If you require assistance please contact Sharee as a matter of urgency, where possible please do not leave it till the last minute as this is a new database and your issue may need time to work through with the database support team.
PLAYERS TRANSFERRING TO GOLDEN GROVE CENTRAL DISTRICTS BASEBALL CLUB
Players Transferring to Golden Grove Central Districts Baseball Club
If you are new to Golden Grove Central Districts Baseball Club, then you will need to complete the paper transfer form and return to Sharee Forrester at finance@ggcdbaseball.com.au,
Sharee will then lodge the request with Baseball SA for approval by the club you are leaving.
Once your transfer has been completed and the appropriate transfer fee voucher purchased from the Baseball SA website the league will grant us permission for you to register in our database.
No member transferring to GGCD should register until this form has been fully completed and approved. Sharee will let members that are transferring into GGCD know when they are able to proceed.
