NEW GGCD CLUB COVID CONDITIONS
The situation around Covid is continually changing, and as such, we have updated the covid restrictions at our Club grounds.
We are making these changes in a way so we can operate and reduce the risk of Club members and volunteers from becoming Covid contacts.
All this is In line with recommendations from:
* BaseballSA and our * Covid-Safe density limits, and with * The changing definition of what situations result in people being Classified as a ‘Close contact’ -and NOT.
We are implementing the following effective, Thursday 6 January:
– The inside of the clubrooms will be unavailable to membership to eat and drink.
If you must enter the inside of the building and are not volunteering in the bar or canteen, please limit this to under 15 minutes.
Masks MUST be worn inside at all times, including volunteers.
– The outside in the covered veranda area is still available to eat and drink. This area is not considered ‘indoors’ for Covid purposes.
This is limited to 60 people at a time per the current density limit recommendations – we will update signage as this changes.
– The Canteen will be limited to 2 volunteers at a time, you can only enter this area if you are a volunteering.
Only the outside roller door will be open for service.
– The Bar will be limited to 1 volunteer at a time.
You can only enter this area if you are volunteering.
Only the outside roller door will be open for service.
– The oval and outside areas currently have a density limit of 1,000 people, so we do not believe this is an area of concern.
If you are sick – STAY HOME!
Please follow SA Health advice in relation to any testing requirements. Do not attend the Club while you are unwell or restricted from doing so.
We will update our membership when any restrictions change further.
Stay safe and wear a mask where required.
HAVE A LAUGH.
Have a good week and stay safe!
Cheers
Bob
