Hi Everyone,
Our Div 1 team is on a roll!
After the big WIN v Southern Districts (6) last Saturday, we got another W the following Tuesday v Woodville!
Our team plays ANOTHER twilight tonight, Thursday, again v Woodville AT Woodville.
Good luck fellas.
Not to mention, we play Northern Districts on Saturday – another potential win.
Work hard, guys. Don’t get slack!

ARMCHAIR UMPIRE – You make the call!
Runner on first. No outs. The hit and run play is on as the runner takes off with the pitch. The ball is hit to the second baseman.
The runner runs out of his baseline to avoid the fielder fielding the ball. The second baseman throws to first to retire the batter–runner.
Should the runner be called out for running around the second baseman?

There is a different ordering process this year as our usual photographer is not available.
We are using a company called ‘Sports in Focus’ (check ‘em out online) which has come recommended from other clubs.
They will give us a link for you to go to their website and choose what format you like IF you wish to purchase. (Similar to school photos).
They have four or five formats to choose from ie portrait, landscape, team, player and team combo and more.
Everything is done online.
The photos will be distributed at our Presentation Ceremonies.

HEADS UP all Scorers!
The Club will be hosting a Special Event for you to show our appreciation for your commitment for scoring all our games!
Everyone went above and beyond during this challenging season.
With so many teams and games being played across the board, it’s been great for so many of you to offer
and get involved so that others can play.
Save the date: Wednesday 9th March, the club will put on a ‘Scorers get together’, arrange for pizzas and
a drink to say thank you to all the scorers who would like to come.
It will be relaxed environment and they can debrief on the season.
It’s the least we can do to show our appreciation to your hard work and efforts.
50 CLUB – NEW GAME!
For those of you that missed out on getting a number in our second 50 draw (the BLUE game),
we have added another 50 numbers for a RED game with many numbers now available.
Get your number at the bar. This REVERSE draw promises to be a real cracker!
