Hi Everyone,
Today was the Day of Remembrance commemorating the end of World War 1. Lest We Forget those who gave their lives for our freedom and all of those who have served their countries to maintain our way of life.
Thank you for your service!
This past weekend was one for us to remember too, as our Div 1 team won their first game of the season!
They defeated Glenelg 3-2 for the earliest win of our season for a few years – Round 5.

UNIFORMS HAVE ARRIVED
Helena, our lovely Uniform Coordinator, will be in the Clubrooms on Thursday from 6pm and Friday from 7ish to distribute
the uniform tops that arrived last week, new training tops and some hoodies (Blue and Grey).
She, also, has Dodgers Visors on sale for $15.
Next week, she will have a new shipment of hats, more hoodies and training tops.

SCORER’S CORNER
Below is an update regarding the Official Result Sheet from Baseball SA:
Rule 3.5.1 – Player Prescribed Points –
ALL ‘Prescribed Points’ players that are listed on the ‘TEAM SHEET’ MUST be RECORDED on the ‘OFFICIAL RESULTS SHEET’,
REGARDLESS IF THEY PARTCIPATE OR NOT.
This provides Baseball SA with a virtual copy of the ‘Team Sheet’ for checking. Thanks you.
GROUNDS’ NOTES
We, now, have new watering points to hose down the cut outs!
They are located near the end of the visitors’ dugouts on both diamonds.
Each ground’s hose reel has the QC (Quick Connect) device attached to the end of the hose on each hose reel.
These new water points use recycled water and will give us added water pressure for hosing down the cut outs quicker.

Jason ‘Braves Fan Extraordinaire’ Trembath won the first $50 draw last week.
Next draw, Club Night Thursday, at 8pm.

Ricky’s Div 4 Dodgers team will be surviving up Chicken and Chips for only $5.
