Hi all,
Last night the club held our Annual General Meeting and as such there was a number of board positions up for election on the night.
Below is the current board structure after the elections and continuing directors on the night:
Director of Senior Baseball Operations – Shaun Evans
Director of Junior Baseball Operations – Andy Weeks
Director of Finance – Sharee Forrester
Director of Administration – Scott Coxhill
Director of Equipment, House and Grounds – Gavin Payne
Director of Sponsorship and Grants – Bob Neiswander
We welcome the returning directors and also the familiar face of Bob Neiswander for stepping forward and putting his hand up to come back on the board in the Sponsorship and Grants portfolio. Last season Bob assisted Tess Diplock as our Sponsorship Co-ordinator and help drive in big sponsorship dollars that are crucial for our club.
We thank the service of Anne Christensen, Tess Diplock, Liv Trembath, and Fay Hart for their work throughout their time on the board and tireless hours making the club better for everyone.
VACANCIES
There are currently several vacancies in the below portfolios which were unfilled on the night, and for descriptions of these portfolios please see below. Sub-portfolio can either be managed by the director or other members can assist in these roles, it may be beneficial for multiple people to assist in a single portfolio to make the load easier for everyone.
Director of Women’s Baseball Operations
– Includes Women’s Baseball Manager sub-portfolio role.
Director of Fundraising and Social
– Includes Fundraising Co-ordinator and Social Co-ordinator as sub-portfolio roles.
Director of In-House Operations
– Includes Canteen Manager and Bar Manager as sub-portfolio roles.
