BASEBALL REGISTRATION INFORMATION – 2026/27 SEASON
Dear Member,
Welcome to the 2026–2027 Baseball Season.
Players, Umpires, Scorers and Club Volunteers are required to use the Baseball Australia online registration portal to pay registration fees this season.
Please do not use old links as the links have changed again this year.
All members must click on the relevant link below to register this year. If you have used Game Day for any other sporting code the system may recognise your email and require your old password and maybe need you to do a password reset.
NEW THIS YEAR – Baseball SA has advised that any insurance from your 2025-26 season registration has now expired as at 30/6/26, therefore, to be covered by any insurance under their system you must be registered for 2026/27 before you are covered again.
You will set up the name of the player or person registering as a coach or volunteer etc, parents only put their details in as emergency contact in the database. If you need assistance, please contact the Sharee on 0429 676 581 after 4pm weekdays and any time on weekends or email finance@ggcdbaseball.com.au with a request for assistance.

For the above 3 links, you must have 3 fees at the end step being the BSA, BA and club fees, if you don’t have 3 fees at the end you are potentially registering to the wrong category, please reach out to Sharee, unless you are an Official, Scorer or Volunteer and it will be $0.
Casual 3 Game Passes for Div 3-6, Juniors or Women’s:

NOTE YOU CAN ONLY HAVE 1 – 3 GAME PASS AND THEN YOU MUST UPGRADE TO A FULL MEMBER TO PLAY PAST 3 GAMES, reach out to Sharee for the upgrade link when you need it.
Families we recommend that you elect to do the renewals over a few weeks to help with finances if you want to spread the payments out.
Players Transferring to Golden Grove Central Districts Baseball Club
If you are new to Golden Grove Central Districts Baseball Club, please contact Sharee Forrester at finance@ggcdbaseball.com.au or on 0429 676 581, so that we can instigate a transfer for you, at the end of the transfer process you will then be able to register.
You will be required to purchase the appropriate transfer fee voucher from the Baseball SA.
FOR ALL JUNIORS PLEASE REGISTER FOR THE CATEGORY BELOW THAT LISTS THEIR YEAR OF BIRTH, regardless of what grade they are playing that you can complete in a different question. If you do not register them as per where the Year of birth falls below it may not register your child correctly.
